Returns & Exchange policy
In addition to your statutory rights, should you change your mind SEA Jewellery will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:
- The items with the original receipt are returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased.
Please note that due health reasons earrings are not able to be returned unless faulty or wrongly described.
SEA cannot offer an exchange or refund for sales items.
SEA do not give refunds for an allergic reaction. SEA will give an on-line store credit in the event of an allergic reaction reported within 10 days of the product delivery.
SEA cannot offer a refund for missing incoming delivery.
SEA cannot offer refunds on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
HOW TO RETURN
Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable to ensure safe and documented delivery.
SEA takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
